Yes, homes at Aventura are complete and available for immediate purchase and move in.

Absolutely! Most of our homes have virtual tours options. If you don't see what you're looking for, come visit for an in-person tour with one of our expert sales agents.

HOA dues are monthly and vary by your home size. Reach out to us today to get more informaiton on specific pricing. Included in your monthly homeowner’s association fees are items such as:
- Exterior window cleaning (twice annually)
- Community landscaping and lawn care
- Snow removal around the building and sidewalks
- Fiber optic internet up to 100 Mbps to each home and in all community spaces (upgrades are available for an additional cost)
- Water, sanitary sewer, garbage and storm sewer fees

There is a limited warranty (covering the interior of the home and its components) for the first year, beginning at closing.

Yes. The building is only accessed by homeowners who have registered key fobs. There is a callbox for guests to communicate with residents located at the main entrance.

Yes, there is storage on each level of Aventura. Each home comes with a storage unit located outside of the home to store seasonal items, personal belongings, etc.

Yes. The fitness center is open to all homeowners, who get full access 24/7. Our fitness center has ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, weight machines, stationary bicycles, salt wall and TV’s for your workout needs! There is also extra spaces for yoga mats and stretching areas.

Yes, you can bring your pets! We welcome all pets and there are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are welcome in your homes but we ask that they stay home while you are visiting our common spaces.
